Our Property Specialists take over
We cover the upfront costs of things like building's insurance and a home care plan. You just reimburse us at a flat rate of £4.50 a month.
Shared maintenance costs
If you buy a home with us, you won't need to worry about living on a building site. We filter out homes that need structural work so when you move in, you can just get on with living!
If you do fancy knocking down walls and building extensions you can, but only once you've bought us out.
No structural work needed
Because it's your place, you're in charge of day to day maintenance costs like replacing light bulbs or getting a new sofa.
