What are resale homes?
Resale homes are properties already co-owned by Wayhome with our Gradual Homeownership model. They become available when a customer chooses to sell their share and move on.
Because these homes are already co-owned, they’re typically ready to move into, meaning timelines can move quickly, in many cases, you could be living in your new home within a few weeks.
As timelines may be shorter, it’s worth checking the terms of your current rental agreement before arranging viewings to make sure you’re ready to move.

This well-maintained townhouse offers two bedrooms, comfortable living space, and a practical layout that works well for modern living.
The private balcony is a real highlight, and the double garage with two off-street parking spaces is something you rarely find in properties like this. There's also access to a large communal garden alongside your own private outdoor space.
Most properties on the development are flats, which makes this townhouse a little different. It comes with a share of the freehold, though a service charge does apply.
Overall it's a well-presented home in good condition, and the combination of parking, outdoor space, and distinctive layout makes it stand out in the area.
The fine print
* The No Stamp Duty and survey cost offer applies to your initial share in the home only (up to a maximum of 5%). You will not be charged for these on your initial share in the home. There may be some legal fees or other buying costs to be paid.
** The rent shown is based on a 5% deposit, plus in addition there will be Home Support costs of £4.50 per month. You only pay rent on the part of the home that you don't own, so the larger your deposit the lower your rent will be.All applications are subject to credit and affordability assessments.
