Resale homes are properties already co-owned by Wayhome with our Gradual Homeownership model. They become available when a customer chooses to sell their share and move on.

Because these homes are already co-owned, they’re typically ready to move into, meaning timelines can move quickly, in many cases, you could be living in your new home within a few weeks.

As timelines may be shorter, it’s worth checking the terms of your current rental agreement before arranging viewings to make sure you’re ready to move.
